Taking Off All Her Clothes And Not Seeing Her Naked

Well, you can take off all my clothes
And never see me naked ~ Naked by Ava Max

That’s a spot on statement. Physical nudity is easy and common. Emotional intimacy is far less common, and much more difficult. And yet, most wives desperately want emotional nakedness with their husband.

Tell me if it’s safe to bare my soul
I wanna show you my deepest secrets
I think I’m ready to be exposed

…

And really see me naked
See me for real ~ Naked by Ava Max

This is the big issue. Can your wife trust you with her feelings? Can she get really naked? Can she let you see her for real? Or is it not safe to do that?

If you want to share this with your wife, take the first step. Take a risk and get emotionally naked with her. Bare it all, show her it’s safe. Then be loving and supportive as she starts to undress.

BTW, women who feel safe being emotionally naked are much more into sex than those who don’t.

  1. Blair says:

Emotional Nakedness is the INNER BODY,rather then the OUTER one.You both are presenting yourselves emotionally naked, compared to if you were just physically standing there being naked in front of each other. You are both being vulnerable, and revealing each other’s thoughts, feelings of trust, and safety in your relationship.

  2. my wife is an extemely private peeson and she is not willing to be emotionally naked, largely because of early-life traumas some of which she is not consciously aware of.
