Make a habit of giving your wife two to four word encouragement.
Some examples:
- You’re wonderful.
- You’re beautiful.
- You’re brave.
- You’re so smart.
- You’re a good mother.
- You’re fun in bed.
A note on that last one: will she take it as a compliment, or an unwanted come on?
Whatever you say, it should be positive and not feel manipulative.
