It frustrates me that each time I am in the middle of having sex with my wife she starts to bring up all kinds of problems about bills, the kids, the neighbor’s and kills my sexual energy, and then she complains I leave her unsatisfied. What can I do?
I’m betting this guy isn’t the only man who has ever felt this way. Based on her complaining about not being satisfied, it seems she does want sex. So what’s up?

My guess is the couple doesn’t talk much. She has concerns about money, the kids, and the neighbours, and when he’s a captive audience all of that spills out. Once she has it off her chest, she’s ready to have him on her chest. But she’s killed the mood for him, and the sex isn’t good.
The solution is to give her time to talk. And not just when you want sex; have real conversations regularly.
Ideally, you want to talk sometime other than just before sex, but time and privacy can be an issue if you have children. A good way to deal with that is to put a love seat in your bedroom as a place to talk. No serious conversation in bed, and no sex on the love seat. Talk, then move to the bed for sex. Or even better, grab a shower to put a bit of time between the two.
