Mixing it up a bit sexually can be a good thing. But it’s important to make sure what we do is good for our wife. So let me suggest something different that most women can enjoy. Simply put, you sit behind her and make her orgasm.
There’s a lot of possible variation with this. You can do it in bed, or in a big chair, or on the floor. You can do it with her fully dressed, partly dressed, clothes open, or naked.
Start by whispering loving things in her ear and nibbling her neck. The latter drives many women crazy. Then move your hands down to her breasts. Eventually, slip a hand between her legs. Don’t go straight for her clit, tease around the edges.
One fun variation is to leave her fully dressed and put one foot over her leg and pressing your heel against her crotch. You can take her to climax this way, especially if you keep nibbling her neck and fondling her breasts.

I love this idea! Someday I hope we will get to the point that we can do this. At present, my wife is completely uninterested in anything beyond a single orgasm per time that we have sex and feels strongly that we need to be PiV when that happens for both, preferably simultaneously. She has cut off mid orgasm before to try and hurriedly get my penis into her vagina. Then she has been disappointed and upset with me for getting her to that point while not yet PiV because she lost her momentum in the position change and couldn’t get it back. Since she considers us done after we each orgasm once, I wasn’t given the chance to work her back to a good orgasm again that day (or for several days, really). So I had caused her to have to settle for a minor orgasm instead of a good one by triggering it too soon.
I truly hope to someday get to the point where she is ok with orgasm when we aren’t PiV. I would LOVE for her to open up to the possibility of more than one orgasm. She isn’t at all interested in either at the moment, though, so I’m not holding my breath. Still, maybe someday… 🙏
