Do You Take Your Wife For Granted?

If you can’t see it, the image with this post says, “We take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.”

I came across the image recently while searching for something else, and I flagged it for future use because I think it’s spot on for how we treat our wives.

Chalkboard with inscription handwritten with blue chalk.

Think about all the things your wife does that you no longer conciser because they happen all the time without you doing or saying anything. Household chores come to mind first, but I bet there’s a lot more than that.

It’s human nature to stop thinking about things that just happen, and that means we take those things for granted and don’t express appreciation or thanks for them.

I’m sure you also do things that your wife takes for granted. And how does that make you feel? Is it possible she feels the same way when you ignore her efforts?

I bet you can do better!
