Stop, In The Name of Love

What a lot of wives would like from their husbands is a bit more couple time. Intimate time together, but probably not sex.

"In the name of love" written on a stop sign

In a world where busyness is seen as a virtue, stopping to spend time with your wife is radical, counter-cultural, and difficult. But the rewards are great. Besides, your wife deserves it, doesn’t she?

I would like both — more intimate time as well as more sexy time. Our sex life is not as bad as some other commenters on here, but it seems it only happens when I initiate — like once or twice a week if we aren’t arguing — and unless I initiate, it doesn’t happen. It’s like it’s not even on his mind. My advice to lower-drive spouses would be to occasionally initiate sex anyway, because if your higher drive spouse does all the initiating, they will eventually feel undesirable, even if you never turn them down. 😢 it doesn’t have to be 50-50, i would be happy with 80-20 or even 90-10.
