I don’t know much about Bruno Mars’ personal life, but a lot of his songs show an excellent understanding of what it takes to have a good romantic relationship. Figure out what she likes to do and do it often. Give her a lot of your time. Bring her gifts and give her non-sexual touch. And don’t allow your pride, ego, needs, and selfish ways to drive her away.
Sometimes it’s difficult and sometimes it takes sacrifice, but it’s not complex.
